Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries (debits & credits)
- Update accounting records and ensure proper filing of documents
- Prepare official receipts and monitor incoming payments (AR)
- Prepare payment vouchers and process payments (AP)
- Verify supporting documents for all transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and report discrepancies
- Prepare brokerage/commission reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Submit daily e-invoices via the our company system and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred (where job-related):
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage if the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking clients or reviewing Mandarin-language documents.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
