Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients) and English.

• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer support or service-related experience is a plus
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, and eager to help others

Responsibilities

• Support Mandarin-speaking clients by addressing service-related inquiries and requests
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of client issues
• Understand client concerns and provide clear explanations and solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service matters efficiently
• Gather and relay feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction
• Stay informed about updates related to the company’s services
