• Conduct site survey and assessment of the existing fire alarm system.
• Identify non-compliant, obsolete, or faulty components requiring replacement.
• Develop system design in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., SCDF / SS 645).
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, technical documents, and authority approvals.
• Safely dismantle and remove existing fire alarm system components.
• Supply and install new fire alarm control panels, detectors, call points, and cabling.
• Ensure proper integration with other systems (e.g., sprinkler, HVAC, lifts, BMS).
• Perform testing and commissioning, including cause-and-effect verification.
• Coordinate authority inspections and obtain final approvals.
• Provide training, handover documentation, and maintenance support during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the capacity of RTO for supervision of building projects in Singapore.
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES
• Knowledge and Experience in institutional
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
