The company is building a future in which facilities are cleaned, maintained, and serviced entirely by robots. Its flagship product, Abluo, provides multifunctional restroom cleaning, predictive maintenance for HVAC systems, and autonomous security patrols. Hivebotics enables remote oversight of robot fleets, allowing users to monitor and manage building sanitation and maintenance from anywhere in the world, including key hubs such as Singapore.

Role Description The Operations Executive role at Hivebotics is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating robotic cleaning and maintenance schedules, monitoring service performance, and ensuring smooth deployment of the Abluo fleet at client facilities. The Operations Executive will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, address operational issues, and support implementation of new clients and locations. The role includes tracking key operational metrics, preparing reports, managing vendor and client communications, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience managing daily workflows and service delivery.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Experience in facilities management, robotics, or technology-driven services is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools and basic understanding of automation or IoT systems is an advantage.
