岗位职责

  • Conduct NDT Tests: Perform nondestructive tests using techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and eddy current testing to assess the integrity of materials and structures.
  • Develop Testing Procedures: Create and implement testing protocols and procedures tailored to specific materials and applications.
  • Interpret Results: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Equipment Management: Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of tests performed, results obtained, and any corrective actions taken.
