Job Summary:

Our client is a leading Japanese mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering company with years of experience in delivering integrated building services and engineering solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
• Handle Work Permit Online (WPOL) processes, including monthly renewals and compliance for construction workers.
• Coordinate and manage staff dormitory arrangements and related matters.
• Ensure proper HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of HR experience in the construction or contractor environment.
• Familiar with Work Permit Online (WPOL) processes for work pass administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
