Good physical condition to handle long hours of operation. •

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the operations team.

Ensure all document, bills, requisitions of cranes, work force and vessel, Barge/Batam Boat are completed before commence of any operations. To liaise closely with CSC, Shift Manager's and Supervisor to ensure smooth running of operations and higher productivity. •

Monitor and issuing gate pass for direct cargoes and enclose good receipt for import cargoes as to ensure higher productivity and fast turn round of ships without necessary delays. •

Compile and key in all information pertaining vessels, Barge/Batam Boat and cargo operations in the VOR/MPTS. To ensure the information are correctly given and should be complete before sending to Duty Officer or CSC for billing responses. •

Monitor the cargo movement operation from vessel to warehouse, open yard and direct as to smooth running of operation and documentation without any unnecessary delays. •

Assist the operation supervisor in berthing and un-berthing of vessel and to make sure the wharf mark and the vessel allocation at berth given correctly. •

Monitor the running conveyor systems from control room for vessel engaged with the system and information BTE and maintenance contractor in case of any system malfunction. •

Ensure the operation information is correct input via MP TS and complete • VOR, VSR documents before submit to Shift Manager for verification. •

To ensure and to monitor the operation at Gate C running smoothly and effectively by keeping the weighbridge in order with the specification and procedures and also to monitor the cleanliness of the operation cabins regularly.
