Job Scope

• Handle the operation, tooling, documentation and maintenance of the CNC Lathe machines

• Handle the operation, tooling, documentation and maintenance of the spring coiling machine

• Manage the manufacturing process for CNC lathe and spring coiling

• Ensure to achieve maximum machine utilization and production schedule targets

• Perform periodically preventive maintenance for all equipment in production

• Assist to upkeep 5S in production floor

• Any adhoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

Possess strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical components specification

Able to work both independently and as a team player
