Job Summary

Join as an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent, data-driven applications that drive business innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and applications using modern frameworks and tools to deliver scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain LLM-based applications leveraging LangChain and LangGraph to enhance natural language processing capabilities
• Build intelligent agent-based systems by integrating AI agent frameworks such as AgentCore and Kiro for automated decision-making
• Develop robust backend systems and data workflows using Python to support AI/ML model training and inference
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines to optimize model training and deployment efficiency
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate DevSecOps practices across the ML lifecycle, ensuring secure and reliable deployments
• Deploy and manage AI/ML workloads on AWS cloud services following best practices for performance and security
• Participate actively in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across all AI/ML deliverables to maintain high standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
• Strong proficiency in Python programming for AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
• Practical experience with AI agent frameworks such as AgentCore and Kiro
• Proven ability to design and manage scalable data pipelines
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services for AI/ML deployment
• Certified or equivalent knowledge of AWS Solutions Architect – Associate level
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications to enhance AI capabilities
• Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex AI/ML challenges
