About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions across the Lucky Group of Companies. You will manage both local and foreign employees, ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and support the company's manpower planning and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR policies, SOPs, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle staff attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, performance reviews, and employee relations.
Payroll & HR Compliance
- Verify payroll, overtime, allowances, and CPF submissions before management approval.
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor licences, work passes, permits, and mandatory training renewals.
Recruitment & Foreign Worker Management
- Plan and coordinate recruitment for local and foreign employees.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and onboarding.
- Oversee foreign worker accommodation, dormitory arrangements, and welfare.
Training & Staff Development
- Coordinate employee training and regulatory courses.
- Support staff development, salary reviews, promotions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organise staff welfare programmes and company events.
Operational Support
- Work closely with the Operations team on manpower deployment and replacement planning.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate records, and provide HR administrative support.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably managing both local and foreign employees.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, payroll, and work pass administration.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
