Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to SGD 7,000 in COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

• Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager / with all daily commercial operations.
• Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting.
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Attend to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project.
• Ensure that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflecting them accurately.
• RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
• Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
• Supporting in Variation and Claim procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management.

JobRequirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences /Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience.
• Experience in the field of engineering and construction.
• Preferably with experience in Data Centre, hospital, heavy industrial and other mission critical complex projects, or EPC contracts.
