Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia (5 days onsite)

Job Description

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

An engineering team that specializes in the development of world-class digital two-way subscriber radios for the mission-critical market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Work with development team on testing new feature for the product.

• Execute sanity and regression tests.

• To meet the project's deliverable and timeline requirements in a highly dynamic environment.

• To setup, collect, and record data for CP/KPI.

• Programming of mobile and portable radios.

• Organize, prepare, pack and ship radios.

• Issue duplication including setup, configuration, reproduction, and log capturing.

• Department inventory tracking & procurement, housekeeping.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

• Preferably with 1 - 3 years of working experience in a software development team.

• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in communication devices or consumer products will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and communicate well (verbally & in written form) across different functional teams.

• Flexible to accommodate short notice work arrangements due to project/business needs.

• Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
