About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at ReFormd, your primary responsibility will be to help clients achieve their individual fitness goals through safe, effective and personalised training programmes.

You will manage and develop your own client base, deliver high-quality training sessions, support client retention and contribute towards the Company’s personal training and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and relevant pre-participation screenings for new and existing clients.
• Assess clients’ fitness levels, training needs and personal goals.
• Design, deliver, monitor and review safe and effective personalised training programmes.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure the safe use of fitness equipment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programmes where appropriate.
• Motivate, educate and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Provide general guidance on exercise, recovery and healthy lifestyle practices within your professional scope.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients to support satisfaction and retention.
• Promote and recommend suitable personal training packages and services.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build and maintain an active client base.
• Work towards assigned session, sales, revenue and client-retention targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, attendance records and training documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper arrangement of equipment used during training sessions.
• Promptly report injuries, incidents, damaged equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Participate in relevant team meetings, training programmes, promotional activities and content-creation initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Personal Training: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Ace Cerfitcation/ NASM/ISSA/NCSF (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
