Company Overview

United Heat & Power Pte Ltd, part of Technical Group, operates globally in engineering and manufacturing heat exchangers and pressure vessels, with a division, UHP Air, specializing in air compressor sales.

Job Summary

Perform installation, start-up, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air compressors and refrigeration dryers to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute site installation assistance, start-up, testing, and commissioning of compressor and dryer units to ensure operational readiness
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air compressors and refrigeration dryers to maintain system performance
• Respond to service calls and perform routine servicing at customer sites to minimize equipment breakdowns
• Supervise production processes to support smooth operations and reduce downtime
• Prepare and submit accurate repair and maintenance quotations related to service and spare parts sales
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly service jobs to optimize resource allocation and customer satisfaction
• Deliver technical training to customers to enhance their understanding and proper use of equipment

Required competencies and certifications

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the related field
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Valid Class 3 driving license to operate service lorry/van in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Junior Executive specialization in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
