Position Summary
The main responsibility of the RMA Technician Coordinator is to be the liaison among the departments, quality control, engineering, materials, warehouse and manufacturing to achieve the following duties and responsibilities below.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling customer RMA problems both internally and externally.
- Handling all returns of defective parts, exchanges, late or lost deliveries, invoicing errors, repairs, missing items, parts damaged during transit, address changes, credits, problems with customs etc.
- Document/Inspect/test all the return items (Racks/Boxes/Cables/Harness)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the RMA close and products are repaired per specs.
- Perform the prelim analysis for cables/harness and coordinate with other departments to complete the failure analysis.
- Manage RMA inventory using the RMA report.
- Reduce the TAT of RMA.
- Coordinates activities with customer service, quoting, materials, quality control, manufacturing, and shipping to ensure all returned material is received, identified, analyzed, troubleshoot, repaired, and returned to the customer in an effective and timely manner.
- Coordinates initial identification and receipt of the customer returns with customer service.
- Conducts failure analysis and corrective action of returned material and report findings to QA Manager.
- Coordinates, monitors and maintains customer returned materials, repair and upgrades.
- Coordinates or conducts Material Review Board (MRB) monthly or as necessary.
- Tracks and reports RMA status, Open RMA Trend.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the QA Manager.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years related experience in QA/RMA/DMR/Corrective Action
- 1-2 years related experience in electronics troubleshooting
- Knowledge in ISO or Quality Management System
- Knowledge of ERP system (Syspro) and Microsoft office
- Able to train and communicate quality requirements, guideline, and possible quality issues.
- Understanding of Close Loop Corrective and Preventive Action processes
- Able to read and understand electro-mechanical drawings.
- Able to analyze data and provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and organize job task and work without constant supervision

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
