ROLE SUMMARY

This role focuses on post-sales support, including preparing quotations, managing policy servicing and ensuring smooth processing after a sale is successfully closed.

You will support both customers and the sales team by handling renewals, cancellations/endorsements and enquiries while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Quotations & Policy Processing

• Prepare and issue insurance quotations accurately and on time
• Support policy issuance after sales closure
• Process renewals, endorsements and cancellations
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant

2. Insurer Liaison & Follow-ups

• Liaise with insurers on quotations, policy updates and servicing matters
• Follow up with insurers to ensure timely processing
• Clarify underwriting requirements and obtain necessary approvals

3. Customer Servicing (Post-Sales)

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and/or email
• Provide updates on policy status, renewals and changes
• Assist customers with post-sale requests and servicing needs
• Handle customer feedback and basic issue resolution

4. Data Management & System Updates

• Maintain and update customers and policy records in Success system
• Ensure accuracy of all entries and documentation
• Keep records organised and up to date

5. Sales Team Support

• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Assist with preparation of documents and reports
• Support smooth handover from sales to operations

6. General Administration

• Ensure high standards of customer care and service quality
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

7. Additional Responsibilities

Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management from time to time.
