Responsibilities

Assist to the day-to-day operation of Restaurant/Banquet food production and communicates to the Restaurant Manager/Sous Chef for any relevant information.

Qualifications

Certificate in culinary studies preferred

At least 3 years experience in western food kitchen

Willing to learn and hardworking
