Our Client:
The incumbent will be leading the full product lifecycle from ideation and market research through to execution and launch. Oversee end-to-end rollouts by fine-tuning value propositions, optimizing distribution channels, and streamlining development workflows to ensure market-leading outcomes
Job Description:
Lead the full product lifecyclefrom early-stage ideation and market research through to final execution and launch
Oversee end-to-end product rollouts, fine-tuning value propositions, optimizing distribution strategies, and streamlining development workflows
Forge strong partnershipswith internal stakeholders and external collaborators to drive alignment and shared success
Uphold the highest standards of governanceby embedding risk controls, compliance protocols, and ethical practices into every stage of product development
Prepare and present comprehensive product documentationfor internal reviews and regulatory submissions
Stay ahead of the curveby monitoring competitive landscapes, emerging trends, and evolving customer expectations to inform product strategy
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous learning
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years in business development, partnership management, or project management within insurance, healthcare, or elderly/family caregiving
Strong negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills; adept at engaging active seniors and caregivers
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (for cross-border stakeholder management)
Proven ability to balance diverse expectations and resolve operational issues under pressure
Background in luxury hospitality, airline service, retail operations, or eldercare coordination
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
