Position Overview

We are looking for an entry‑level IT Business Analyst who can support basic hardware, network operations, and application development, while assisting in business analysis and system enhancement tasks. This role is ideal for junior candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and work across multiple areas of IT.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Support

• Work with business users to understand basic workflow and system needs
• Assist in documenting requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Help translate business needs into simple functional specifications
• Support analysis of existing systems and propose small improvements

2. UAT, Documentation & Project Coordination

• Assist in preparing test cases and supporting UAT execution
• Help track issues and follow up with users and vendors
• Maintain basic system documentation and SOPs
• Support project coordination and cross‑department communication

3. Application Development Support

• Assist in small development tasks using PHP, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Collect and organize simple data from systems to support analysis tasks
• Help debug simple issues and perform basic testing
• Support internal tool development and scripts
• Work with vendors to ensure enhancements meet business needs

4. Basic Hardware & IT Support

• Provide day‑to‑day support for desktops, printers
• Assist with hardware setup, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Help maintain IT asset records and equipment inventory
• Support simple tasks related to IT equipment

5. Basic Network Operations

• Assist in monitoring network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and firewall access
• Support basic network troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Team lead or vendors for network incidents
• Help maintain and basic setup Windows Server, AD accounts, and file server access

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, junior networking, or basic development
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and Windows support
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewall basics)
• Basic programming skills in PHP, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Familiarity with Windows Server or Active Directory is an advantage

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple tasks with guidance

Work Location: Kwun Tong ( 5 minutes from MTR station)

Working hours: (5-day work) Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
