Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in hotel or building maintenance.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, preventive maintenance, and asset management.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, hotel facilities, and M&E systems are safe and fully operational.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Monitor utility consumption and hotel assets.
• Lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and prompt response to maintenance issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
