Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zeoniq POS hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS terminals, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
• Assist with POS updates, menu/item setup, pricing, promotions, and system maintenance.
• Liaise with Zeoniq support/vendor for technical issues and system updates.
• Train staff on basic POS usage and troubleshooting.
• Ensure POS systems, network connectivity, and data are functioning properly.
• Maintain POS equipment records and prepare basic SOPs or troubleshooting guides.
• Provide support to multiple outlets and on-call assistance when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in IT support, preferably in retail or F&B.
• Experience with Zeoniq or similar POS systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of POS hardware and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to travel between outlets and provide after-hours support when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
