Job responsibilities:
Job requirements:
- Liaise closely with civil contractor to meet target schedule and mechanical equipment delivery plan
- Liaise with client on the execution of project to meet target
- Meeting with subcontractor on site execution with all aspect to meet planned schedule
- Ad hoc arrangement to handle all issue happen at site
- Remedial plan to achieve target from time to time when foreseen any issue that out of target.
- Ensure all site activities as planned.
- Ensure site work quality such as workmanship, standard of welding etc,
- Ensure no extra cost incurred and any site purchase items
- Any other matter appointed by top management
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to identify project risks, delays, or cost overruns and implement effective remedial and recovery plans.
- Experience in handling site issues, variation works, and cost control to prevent unnecessary or unauthorised expenditure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
