Job Scope and Responsibilities

• IQC (Incoming Quality Control):
• Inspects raw materials and components from suppliers to ensure they meet standards before entering the warehouse.
• Verifies conformity using tools like vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
• Records data in systems (e.g., XA system, Excel) and manages documentation.
• Performs monthly monitoring (e.g., ESD/Particle count).
• OQC (Outgoing Quality Control):
• Final check of finished products before dispatch to customers.
• Uses Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) sampling plans.
• Verifies packing, labeling, and product functionality.
• Common Tasks:
• Identifying and reporting non-conformance to engineers.
• Adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
• Sorting, segregating, and, if necessary, returning defective products to production.

Typical Requirements

• Education: SPM and above
• Experience: 1–2 years in QC/IQC is common, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Technical drawing reading, basic computer skills (MS Excel), and good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
