This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in finance and accounting while gaining exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and business operations.

What You Will Be Doing :

Financial Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management summaries.
• Update and maintain financial templates, trackers, and reports.
• Perform basic accuracy checks before reports are submitted.

Budget & Forecast Support

• Compile financial information from various departments.
• Update budget and forecast files.
• Assist in monitoring actual performance against budgets.

Finance Operations

• Maintain financial records and perform data entry.
• Track invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Ensure financial information is updated accurately and on time.

Cross-Functional Support

• Liaise with internal departments to obtain required financial information.
• Support month-end closing activities and audit documentation.
• Assist with other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 1 year of working experience in Finance or Accounting is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
