What you will do
Own BOSA-on-Board (BOB) hardware design, validation, and calibration.
Author master verification plans and official optical validation compliance reports.
Partner with global component chip vendors to align technical packaging details.
Execute deep-dive failure analysis on optical and high-speed electronic circuits.
Experience you need
5+ years of hardware experience with GPON, XGS-PON, or optical transceivers.
Direct experience with 2.5Gbps and 10Gbps optical layouts (25Gbps is preferred).
Mastery of optical lab equipment including DCA, BERT, and eye-diagram tools.
