Online Order Picker

Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately from store shelves based on GrabMart and other e-commerce platform order slips.
• Verify item names, quantities, variants, and expiry dates to minimize picking errors and missing items.
• Pack orders neatly using shopping bags, separating fragile, chilled, frozen, and food items where required.
• Attach the order receipt and prepare orders for timely collection by Grab riders or delivery partners.
• Monitor stock availability while picking and promptly inform the operations team of out-of-stock, damaged, or near-expiry items for order substitution or customer refund processing.
• Return leftover items to the correct shelves after peak hours and maintain a clean and organized picking area.
• Follow store SOPs, including daily expiry checks for fresh and short shelf-life products.

Job Requirements

• Able to read basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to identify product labels, price tags, and order details using a mobile device.
• Physically fit and able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high order volumes during peak hours.
• Willing to work overtime during promotional campaigns when required.
• Responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work accurately under pressure.
• No experience is required. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
