Responsibilities
- Position : Customer Support (Mandarin )
- Shift - Rotation
- Salary : RM 4000 + KPI
- DOJ ASAP
- Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (G Tower, near Ampang Park LRT Station)
- Mandarin Speakers only (read , write , speak)
- Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product, account, reservation, or service-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity KPIs
