Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support the daily operations of our online stores.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in e-commerce, online marketplaces, digital campaigns, and data management. You will gain hands-on experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop while working closely with our marketing team.

Job Description

• Manage product listings across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Keep product information, pricing and promotions up to date.
• Execute online campaigns, vouchers and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketplace performance and prepare sales reports.
• Troubleshoot platform and listing issues.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Warehouse and Customer Service teams.
• Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
• Good Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
