Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance & SupportERP / MES System ManagementManufacturing Floor SupportSystem Improvement & Project ParticipationData & Reporting SupportGeneral IT Support
• Responsible for daily IT system operations to ensure stable performance, including ERP and MES systems
• Provide end-user support for ERP, MES, and other business applications
• Monitor system performance and perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Support daily operations and process optimization of ERP systems (e.g., purchasing, production, inventory, finance modules)
• Maintain and improve MES systems to ensure real-time and accurate production data
• Work closely with departments such as Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance to optimize system workflows and data flow
• Understand manufacturing processes and translate operational requirements into system solutions
• Support shop floor IT devices and systems (e.g., barcode scanners, production reporting systems, work order systems)
• Assist in implementing smart manufacturing and digital factory initiatives
• Participate in ERP/MES implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for system integration and testing
• Gather user requirements and convert them into technical specifications or improvement plans
• Assist in developing and maintaining production, inventory, and operational reports
• Ensure data accuracy within systems to support management decision-making
• Provide support for internal IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, and network devices
• Assist in implementing IT security policies and daily maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry and strong understanding of factory operations.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
• Experience with MES systems is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
