Job Title: SAP Project Manager / Delivery Executive (SAP Ariba)

Location: Singapore (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months (Potential Extension)

Employment Type: Contract

Rate: Competitive USD/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Delivery Executive with a strong background in leading SAP Ariba implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end SAP Ariba deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

This is a 100% onsite opportunity in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore-based candidates or professionals who can relocate/travel from nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution validation, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager or Delivery Executive.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP Ariba implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite client environment.
