About the Role

• The Work from Home Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately documenting product testing activities, maintaining digital records, and submitting detailed consumer feedback. This fully remote position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can follow instructions, organize information efficiently, and complete assignments independently while supporting market research initiatives.
• Location: Helena, Montana, United States (Remote)
• Key Responsibilities
• Data Entry & Documentation
• Accurately record product testing activities and daily ************* project materials.
• Ensure all submitted information is complete and accurate.
• Organize testing records and project documentation efficiently.

Product Testing

• Participate in assigned in-home product testing projects.
• Follow detailed testing schedules and project guidelines.
• Use and evaluate products according to provided instructions.
• Handle testing products responsibly throughout each assignment.
• Complete all assigned testing tasks within project deadlines.

Reporting & Feedback

• Complete surveys and product evaluation forms.
• Prepare detailed written reviews and feedback.
• Document customer experiences and product performance.
• Participate in online discussions or consumer panels when required.
• Provide objective feedback to support product development.

Compliance & Quality

• Follow all testing procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding products and research projects.
• Ensure all reports meet project quality standards.
• Meet assigned deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement through accurate documentation.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate professionally with project coordinators.
• Respond promptly to project-related communications.
• Participate in virtual meetings or research discussions when requested.
• Collaborate effectively with research teams.
• Perform additional project-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
