Job Description
- Design and support initiatives by applying structured problem-solving approaches to improve users’ and partners’ experiences at Shopee.
- Assist in identifying function/ product gaps and initiate transformational projects/ initiatives.
- Participate and lead end-to-end projects from initial research and feasibility studies to planning, execution, and operational rollout.
- Proactively build understanding of the business and operational processes to effectively manage deliverables and resources.
- Act as a liaison between functions to ensure smooth communication and timely updates on project milestones.
- Work with functional stakeholders to gather data, conduct analysis that enable business improvement and transformation.
- Prepare structured presentations and reports to communicate project findings, and progress to internal stakeholders
- Provide project management support in tracking project performance, costs and key deliverables
- Strong academics from top-tier institutions with Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 0-4 years of working experience. Internships in management consulting forms, tech or high-growth companies are highly preferred.
- Good business acumen with ability to identify operational improvement opportunities from a commercial perspective
- Possess strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
- Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data backed analysis in a structured manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas clearly and concisely
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
