We are looking for a passionate and capable Centre Manager to lead our operations, inspire our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our enrichment centres. This is a leadership role that combines operations, customer service, team management and business development.

You will work closely with teachers, parents and the management team to ensure smooth centre operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and educational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems.
• Passion for education and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience in the education, enrichment or preschool is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends, both Sat and Sun (5-day work week).
