Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Parcel Delivery Driver role based in Singapore. The Parcel Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting parcels from designated locations, delivering them to customers on time, and ensuring all items are handled safely and securely. Day-to-day tasks include planning delivery routes, loading and unloading parcels, verifying delivery details, obtaining proof of delivery, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role also involves communicating courteously with customers and colleagues, following company procedures and local traffic regulations, and reporting any delivery issues or vehicle concerns promptly. Drivers are expected to keep their assigned vehicle clean and in good working order and to support basic warehouse or logistics tasks when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a professional, respectful manner with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to perform basic Sales-related interactions, such as explaining services or handling simple delivery-related inquiries when needed.
  • Experience or willingness to learn Food & Beverage handling processes if required for specific parcel types, with attention to hygiene and safety.
  • Capability to operate a Forklift or other material-handling equipment safely, if needed for loading and unloading parcels.
  • Experience in Training or peer mentoring, with the ability to follow and support standard operating procedures.
  • Valid driving license in Singapore with a clean driving record.
  • Good knowledge of local roads and basic navigation tools (GPS or mapping applications).
  • Physical ability to lift and carry parcels of varying sizes, following safe manual handling practices.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong time-management skills to meet delivery schedules.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading delivery instructions and completing documentation.
