岗位职责
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate (Finance) to support financial operations and month-end accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts for assigned Research Institutes.
Process and review Grant Utilization entries and ensure grant income is matched against expenses incurred.
Prepare and follow up on monthly accounting schedules.
Handle inter-company confirmations and intra-company reconciliations.
Support audit fieldwork by responding to auditors' requests and providing required documentation.
Assist in the consolidation of financial accounts and preparation of financial statements.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in Accountancy.
At least 1–2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
