Role Overview

As a Reinvention Deployed Engineer (RDE), you will work closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered business solutions. You will bridge business requirements with modern AI technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, and reusable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Workflow Integration

• Design and implement enterprise workflow integrations across multiple business systems.
• Build reusable connectors, policy packs, audit trails, and automation workflows.
• Develop scalable enterprise integration solutions.

Domain & Industry Expertise

• Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges.
• Design AI-powered solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive faster enterprise adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

Cross-LLM & Multi-Tech Stack Development

• Develop model-agnostic AI solutions supporting multiple LLMs.
• Integrate proprietary and open-source AI models.
• Design intelligent routing, fallback mechanisms, and orchestration frameworks.

Client Knowledge & AI Enablement

• Develop reusable playbooks, AI prompts, guardrails, and enterprise knowledge assets.
• Build and maintain enterprise knowledge graphs.
• Create prompt libraries and AI tool catalogs to support long-term customer success.
