Job Description

1. Develop a deep understanding of Ant International's payment products and operational capabilities across global markets, including payment acquiring for credit cards, e-wallets, and other alternative payment methods (APMs) under Ant's various entities in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia.
2. Partner closely with the Business Development team to design, position, and present Ant International's global payment solutions to prospective and existing merchants, with a primary focus on driving new solution adoption and business growth.
3. Gather, analyse, and articulate merchants' business requirements, identify capability gaps, and translate customer needs into clear product and solution requirements.
4. Conduct market research on emerging payment technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and recommend new product enhancements and strategic development directions.
5. Design end-to-end payment solutions by assembling the appropriate product capabilities based on customer requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
6. Work cross-functionally with internal teams/stakeholders to drive project execution, manage implementation milestones, and ensure payment solutions are launched successfully and on schedule.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 5 to 10 years of experience as a Payment Product Manager.
3. Strong understanding of payment technologies, including payment flows, payment channels, and payment operations.
4. Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, preferably in payment channel integration or payment services.
5. Strong ownership, execution, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with sound judgment and a data-driven mindset.
6. Ability to analyse business requirements, define user stories, and translate them into clear product specifications.
7. Passion for product innovation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
