The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Export Manager - Food Supply (FMCG) to spearhead our international sales efforts. This role blends both hunter and farmer responsibilities. You’ll grow new markets while strengthening relationships with existing partners.

What You'll Do

• Drive business growth in export markets through proactive lead generation and account management
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams
• Deliver and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5 years of export sales experience in the FMCG food industry

Required Skills

• Proven ability to drive revenue growth in international markets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A balance of aggressive prospecting with a relationship-focused mindset
• Ability to travel independently
