Business Operations Support Specialist (Executive)

Job Overview

• Basic Salary: RM 4,000 per month
• Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)
• Location: Nearby KL Sentral
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

We need two Business Operations Support Specialists to join our Service Delivery and Operations team. You will handle administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks across our merchant onboarding process. Your work keeps workflows moving smoothly, maintains accurate archives, and lowers application rejection rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit sales opportunities and onboarding requests into JIRA or internal systems.
• Gather and verify required agreements, financial records, and KYC materials.
• Submit merchant applications to acquirers or external partners.
• Track application statuses and handle pending or rejected cases.
• Coordinate corrections or document requests with internal teams or partners.
• Maintain organized filing systems and document archives.
• Update trackers and assist in generating basic operational reports.
• Support onboarding and support teams with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or onboarding support within payment gateway or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, or other ticketing systems.
• Experience liaising with external partners or acquirers such as PayNet is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail in document checking and process tracking.

Education

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Certifications in customer service, payment systems, or API platforms offer an added plus.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
