Job Title: Account Coordinator

Location: Kemaman, Terengganu

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the financial accounts for a business or organization, compute, classify and record numerical data to keep complete financial records for AD Kemaman.
• · Operating computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyses information.
• Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
• Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
• Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports
• Classifying, recording and summarizing numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journals and ledgers or computers.
• Calculating, preparing and issuing bills, invoices, account statements and other financial statements according to established procedures.
• Compiling statistical, financial, accounting or audit reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, payable and receivable accounts, and profits and losses.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Account, Finance or Business Management.
• Above 3 years in HVAC Maintenance.
• Local candidate is prefered.
