THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Manufacturing industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for an Engineering Manager as part of their expansion plans in Malaysia, reporting to the Regional Head of Operations.

THE ROLE

The Engineering Manager is responsible for:

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital manufacturing systems (MES, IoT, automation, AI/analytics).
• Define and execute digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with exposure to digital/Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MES, automation, data platforms, IoT, and AI/ML tools applied to engineering or operations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
