We are currently working with an established Asian investment firm that is looking to hire an Execution Trader to join its team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity and equity-related trades, monitor market conditions, liquidity, and news flow to optimize trade execution and minimize market impact.
• Partner closely with Portfolio Managers to provide market colour, liquidity insights, and execution recommendations.
• Analyze execution quality, transaction costs, and trading performance.
• Ensure timely trade capture, allocation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to maintain regulatory and internal policy adherence.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in trading, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with programming or data tools is advantageous.
