Job Description

A detail-oriented and analytical individual to support Talent Acquisition reporting, analytics, process improvement initiatives, and project management activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of recruitment data, providing meaningful hiring insights, supporting management reporting requirements, and coordinating Talent Acquisition projects that drive operational efficiency and recruitment effectiveness.

The incumbent will support the preparation and maintenance of recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and workforce reports by consolidating data from multiple sources and ensuring information is accurate, complete, and timely. This includes monitoring key recruitment indicators such as hiring volume, time-to-hire, aging positions, workforce fulfilment, and other Talent Acquisition performance metrics to support business and management decision-making.

The role will assist in preparing management reports, hiring updates, and presentation materials for leadership discussions, translating recruitment data into meaningful insights and trends. The incumbent will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to provide accurate hiring updates, support reporting requirements, and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests.

In addition, the position will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Talent Acquisition initiatives, transformation programs, and process improvement projects. Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, monitoring action items, coordinating stakeholder meetings, preparing project updates, and ensuring timely follow-up on key deliverables.

The successful candidate will also analyse recruitment trends, hiring challenges, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce patterns to identify areas for improvement. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, the role will support hiring reviews, recruitment performance discussions, and continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing recruitment outcomes and candidate experience.
