岗位职责
MECADO TRADING PTE. LTD. is looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support Assistant to support our sales activities and daily office operations.
The successful candidate will assist with customer enquiries, sales documentation, order processing and follow-up activities. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
Provide customers with basic information about the company’s products and services.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, sales orders and other documents.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal team members.
Update customer information and sales activities in the company database.
Assist with sales reports, document filing and general administrative duties.
Support the sales team in achieving company sales targets.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, Diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, responsible and organised.
Able to handle customer enquiries professionally.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales, customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
