Job Scope: 

Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

Support the Chef de Partie in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency on your station.

Learn and develop culinary skills across different stations, gaining experience in various cooking techniques.

Follow portion control, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage of ingredients.

Contribute ideas for improving workflow, recipes, and operational efficiency.

Support the kitchen team during busy periods, stepping in where needed.

Maintain a positive attitude, accountability, and a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities
