Job Summary

Support sales and customer service operations by processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, managing deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders including quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, packing lists, and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely transactions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve issues
• Organize delivery services, export shipments, and customer order collections to guarantee on-time delivery
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit relevant reports and documents to support sales and operational activities
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to build strong client relationships

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in MS Office to perform order processing and reporting tasks efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and collaborate effectively as a team member
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline

Other Information

• 5 days’ work week
• Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Location: Sungei Kadut with transport provided to and from Yew Tee MRT
