Manage stock communication, order coordination, billing support, and warehouse stock while fostering collaboration across departments and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities


Communicate weekly stock balances via email to inform the modern trade team of stock availability.
Send daily traceability forms to the Logistics/ Operations department to ensure accurate tracking.
Coordinate orders and liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
Assist with monthly closing and billing processes to support accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate effectively with purchasing, finance, operations, and production departments to streamline workflows.
Submit accounts aging lists to customers and follow up to ensure timely payments.
Organize, consolidate, and submit Statement of Account (SOA) documents from customers for accurate record-keeping.
Prepare and consolidate Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN), rebates, and invoices for approval and signing.


Requirements


At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage data efficiently.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA system to support operational processes.
