• Assist Project Manager in the coordinate of project management activities and ensure all works progress are executed in a smooth and effective manner

• Attend project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

• To coordinate & liaise with site personnel, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, customers and team member for all project matters

• Responsible for effective cost planning, budget estimates and progress reports for projects

• Taking off quantities, sourcing and liaising for suppliers and subcontractors for quotation, collate price comparison, procurement and etc.

• Handle contract administration and settlement of final accounts with Clients and Subcontractors

• Coordinate daily activities of workers’ duties and ensure they performed in a proper manner

• Conduct daily site inspection to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirements

• Assist Project Manager in carrying out Risk Assessment for projects

• Allocating resources, materials and check in work done by sub-contractors

• Assist with daily paperwork, procurement of materials and proper documentations

• Resolves site problems proactively and seek advice from Project Manager
