Job Summary

Drive product success by collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain robust applications that meet business needs and deliver excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders including solution architects, software developers, and end users to gather requirements and design application systems aligned with business processes.
• Partner with the product manager to plan and facilitate sprint planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives to ensure agile delivery.
• Work with technical, solution, and information architects to ensure applications are robust and comply with Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Design high-quality, functional solutions that provide a positive user experience.
• Manage and track application development and maintenance to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
• Conduct and support comprehensive system, user, and security testing before product release.
• Lead user education campaigns to promote product adoption after release.
• Provide ongoing product support by collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs.
• Monitor application performance in production and coordinate troubleshooting with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience delivering digital products end-to-end with effective resource management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and follow through to completion.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional.
• Degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or related fields.
• Experience in application design and development using Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq.
