Job duties

• Supervising restaurant staff during shifts.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
• Monitoring food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Monitoring cash handling, daily sales, and preparing reports.
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Managing opening and closing procedures.
• Motivating team members and fostering a positive work environment.
• Handling staffing issues and providing performance feedback.
• Assisting with promotional activities and special events.
• Stepping in as acting Restaurant Manager when required
